It's a witherspoon- what do you expect! No, seriously not a bad pub. Customers get a little noisy but the staff are fairly ok.

Firstly your a pub that does breakfasts, however can not serve food when more then 3 people want it, no gas for carbonated drinks such as pepsi max , the coffee machines only wanted to dispense hot water, hot milk or hot chocolate, then occasionally would offer coffee then back to hot milk drinks, ended up going to tesco to get a coffee, if you want people to pre book when more then a single family want to attend i suggest you contact ws head office and ask them to change their business model because every other ws has been able to manage just fine with the above requests on the same time (10:30-11-00) on saturdays

Sunday 9th Feb on a cool morning, but i was certainly ready for a spoons value for money breakfast. I had a traditional breakfast with extra mushrooms and a coffee ( unlimited hot drinks!) for a little over a fiver! I stayed a while and tried a couple of ales as testers.. I settled for a Yu Lu hazy pale ale by Siren for a bargain £1.99. Too early for sport on the screen, so i settled for the weather forecast. An interesting story is available to read on the wall oh how the pub got its namesake name! Friendly service and would return.

Worst service ever. I visited today to the weather spoons at ilford and the guy(brown guy with little white beard) at the bar was horrible. We ordered for chicken tikka which includes an alcoholic drink and forgot to ask for the drink and after paying the bill we came to the bar counter and asked for the drink but he was hesitating to give us a drink and was very rude with us. And then we called the manager to complain about this but she was more rude with us and they together used bad language with us and asked us to leave. This is so unfortunate and unacceptable , being a manager how can she be with us like that?? We literally paid the money and asked for what we want!! This was not for the first time.. this is the third time happened to us.. I strongly recommend everyone not to visit ilford wetherspoon.. Never ever visit here.

I visited to the weather spoon in Ilford absolutely a terrible service the guy with beard and spects an employee behaves very very rude to the customers I don't know who recruited him and doing job there this is the great regret to the great spoon of ilford. Thank you.

Title: Absolutely Terrible Service! I have never been so disappointed in my life. The employees at this Weatherspoon’s location were incredibly rude, inattentive, and seemed like they couldn’t care less about their jobs. It took forever to get served, and when I finally did, the staff acted like they were doing me a favour by simply doing their job. The place was messy, no one bothered to clean tables, and the attitude was appalling. Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this place at all costs if you expect any kind of service or respect.
